The professional equality index compares the situation of men and women within the same company.
However, for the year 2025, RESA's gender equality index cannot be calculated.

RESA promotes gender equality by:
- Interviewing candidates of the under-represented gender for positions in the top 10 salary brackets.
- Ensuring equal treatment for men and women in terms of salary development and internal promotion to management positions.
